Appointments

FAVOURATE operates primarily through scheduled appointments. Booking an appointment does not guarantee the placement of an order. All appointments are consultations designed to discuss custom garment requirements, measurements, styling preferences, and project timelines.

Custom Orders

All garments are custom-made according to the specifications agreed upon during the consultation process. Due to the personalized nature of our services, final products may vary slightly from reference images, fabric samples, or digital representations.

Measurements & Fit

Accurate measurements are essential for achieving the desired fit. Clients are responsible for providing accurate information during online consultations and attending scheduled fitting appointments when required.

FAVOURATE is not responsible for fit issues resulting from inaccurate measurements provided by the client.

Production Timelines

Estimated completion dates are provided as a guideline only. While we strive to meet all timelines, production schedules may vary depending on garment complexity, fabric availability, seasonal demand, or unforeseen circumstances.

Alterations

Reasonable fit adjustments identified during the fitting appointment may be accommodated at our discretion. Additional alterations requested after final approval may be subject to additional charges.

Pricing & Payments

All pricing is provided in the applicable currency and is subject to change without notice. Deposits or full payments may be required before production begins. Outstanding balances must be settled before garments are released or collected.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Clients may request to reschedule appointments with reasonable notice. Repeated cancellations or missed appointments may affect future booking availability.

Any deposits paid for custom work may be non-refundable once production, sourcing, or design work has commenced.

Returns & Refunds

As all garments are custom-made specifically for each client, completed custom orders are generally non-returnable and non-refundable.

Any concerns regarding workmanship or fit should be brought to our attention promptly so that appropriate solutions can be discussed.

Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, logos, designs, photographs, graphics, and branding materials, remains the property of FAVOURATE and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.
