Custom clothing should feel personal, effortless, and precise. At FAVOURATE, every step is designed to give you a luxury experience—clear guidance, premium options, and a fit that feels made for you (because it is).
Step 1
Book the Right Appointment
Choose the appointment type that matches your needs. We offer five appointment options(In-studio/Online), each designed for a different stage—browsing, ordering, wedding planning, fitting & collection.
Step 2
Fabric & Outfit Selection
Visit our private studio to explore fabrics up close and see our craftsmanship. Select your fabric and outfit type to place an order—and if what you want isn’t in-studio, we’ll source the right fabric for your needs.
Step 3
Design & Customization
We guide you through design options and finishing details so you can personalize your piece exactly the way you want—from structure and styling to the smallest touches.
Step 4
Measurements + Fit Preference
We take detailed body measurements, and compare ready sizes to fine-tune your preferred fit and feel. To help achieve the best possible result, we take front, side, and back reference photos to support our tailoring team. With our expert guidance, measurements can be taken online as well.
Step 5
Confirm Your Order (50% Deposit)
To begin production, we confirm all selections and collect a 50% deposit.
Step 6
Production & Updates (3–4 Weeks)
Your garment is made to order with a typical timeline of 3–4 weeks. We provide regular updates so you always know where things stand.
Step 7
Fitting & Collection Appointment
Once your outfit arrives at the studio, you’ll receive an email to book your Fitting & Collection appointment.
Step 8
Final Try-On + Included Alterations
During your fitting, we review the complete look and finish. If adjustments are needed, one round of alterations is included to perfect the fit (typically up to one week or less).
Step 9
Final Payment & Collection
When everything feels right, you complete the remaining 50% balance and take your FAVOURATE outfit home. Online orders can be shipped directly to you.
